Wow! How long overdue is this! Since coronavirus reared its ugly head and everyone went absolutely crazy over every last item found within the store, I haven’t really been able to meal plan as many of the staples that I needed was no longer on the shelves. So for the past 4 months, we’ve pretty much winged it and whatever ended up on the plates was pot luck!
Thankfully, with lockdown easing and with it people hastiness in shops, I am able to get back to meal planning. Oh how I have missed it – and the budgeting that goes along side it!
So, with that being said, I thought I would re-start my meal plan. I shan’t go into detail about what we had to eat last week as it was filled with long-overdue takeaways! But this is what my family shall be having this week, I’ve decided to start doing separate meals for Shaniah as, if lockdown has taught me anything, it’s that life is far too short to try and force certain meals on her that she simply won’t eat to then only end up knocking up something else a little later when she complains she is hungry. After all, my favourite childhood meals were those which had Walls balls or Turkey Twizzlers. Remember them? They were godly.
Anyway, here is our plan for this week…
