Preheat the oven to 180ºc. Heat a pan on medium-high with oil.
Put milk into a small bowl and add the lemon juice. Give it a stir and leave it alone.
Mix all the dry ingredients in the large bowl. Toss the chicken in the dry mix one at a time and then place on a rack.
Dip the chicken into the milk/lemon mixture. It should be thick now.
Shake off the excess liquid and place it into the flour mixture again. Cover the chicken with flour then take it out and place it back on the rack.
Do this with all the chicken until they are fully coated.
Fry the chicken for 2 minutes each side until they start to go golden. Place them back on the rack.
When all the pieces are done place the chicken in the oven for about 30 minutes to make sure the chicken is cooked. Turn them over halfway through.
