Classic Homemade Burger
A cheap and easy meal that is fussy toddler approved!
peeled and finely chopped
British Beef Mince
Mixed dried herbs
Heat the oil in a pan and add the onion. Cook for about 5 minutes until slightly softened and starting to turn golden. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the mince with the herbs and egg. season with salt and pepper then add the onions and continue to mix well
Using a round cookie cutter take some of the burger mixture and push the mixture into the cutter to form a burger. remove the cutter and repeat until all the burgers are formed.
Cook the burgers on a griddle pan for about 6 minutes each side. when the second side is cooking place the Stilton on top to melt slightly.
Finally, lightly toast the cut sides of the burger in the pan and then fill it with lettuce and tomato. Add the burger and serve with salad and chips.
